Nice pool area with plenty of activities for kids, including movie nights. Room cleanliness could be improved; carpet had wet spots. The Applebee's onsite makes dining easy. Limited shuttle service to the parks is inconvenient for early visitors.

The hotel definitely shows its age.

The room had a strange smell, and the furniture wasn’t the cleanest. Breakfast was a hit, and the access to Applebee’s was super convenient. A mix of great service and frustrating inconveniences made it memorable, if a bit inconsistent.

I had a terrible experience with the hotel’s restaurant; the service was shockingly rude. After waiting ages without a greeting, I left to find a good meal next door. It’s pointless to even recommend that place!

Staff interactions were mixed; some were helpful, while others provided incorrect information, leading to frustration. Breakfast was disappointing, especially with an added charge per person. We encountered plumbing noise issues and had to switch rooms due to mold and noise from the A/C. Cleaning inconsistencies and a lack of provided supplies were concerning. Despite the inconveniences, this hotel serves its purpose for a quick Disney trip, as long as expectations are adjusted.

Our family had a blast at the Kids' Movie Theater, enjoying family-friendly films all day. The Cyber Arcade kept the children entertained for hours with fun games. With a poolside games area, the kids had endless fun in the sun!
My wife says that the room could use more soundproofing.

The hotel is just a short drive from Disney World, and incredibly close to Disney Springs, where you can enjoy fantastic dining and shopping options, plus watch fireworks right from your room, creating unforgettable memories with family. With various restaurants like Saltgrass Steak House and Applebee’s only a few steps away, you’ll find everything you need for quick eats or a family meal. It features a family-friendly atmosphere, game room, and a pool that kids will absolutely love, though the bunk bed mattresses could use some improvement for added comfort.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderfully cool air conditioning unit. The bed was cozy, providing a good night's sleep. the bathroom was quite small, and the design felt cramped. I appreciated the blow dryer and good lighting for makeup, but the moldy smell was off-putting. We enjoyed the balcony room, which added a nice touch. The proximity to attractions and the pool area was a plus. Disappointingly, we encountered baby roaches in the bathroom, which was a significant concern. The elevators, though, were slow, which added to the inconvenience.

Had a blast with my buds at the hotel's Cyber Arcade and cool Kids' Movie Theater! The poolside games were lit, and the on-site cinema was dope with fam-friendly flicks all day!
Would've been epic if there was a rad nightclub on site for us young party animals to keep the vibes going all night long! .

Nice gated parking. The pool area was relaxing during quieter times. Conveniently, an Applebee's restaurant was attached for quick snacks and drinks.
Inconsistent phone answering. Limited room amenities, and bunk beds weren't as advertised.

The pool area was nice, and the property was close to many places of interest. The gift shop had a great variety of items available for purchase, which was convenient.
The check-in process was a mess—confusion over reservations and payment. The room, particularly in Building A, felt outdated, with maintenance issues like non-functional TV remote, broken electrical outlets, and a noisy shower.

It was helpful to have the option to freshen up our clothes when needed. I did notice that the heating in the room was a bit inconsistent, causing some discomfort at times. The air conditioning seemed to work well, though. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities available in the room, which was a nice touch for a quick pick-me-up in the mornings. The sitting area was comfortable, but I wish there were options for rollaway beds as we had some additional guests with us who needed separate sleeping arrangements. The room had a nice view of the garden furniture outside, which added a pleasant ambiance. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, although I did notice that the amenities in the bathroom were not fully stocked. The am/fm alarm clock was helpful for waking up on time, but the flat-screen TV had some issues with the remote control not functioning properly. the carpeted floor in the room could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. I did not utilize the car hire or dry cleaning services, but I found the housekeeping to be adequate. The availability of shops/commercial services on-site was convenient. the laundry service seemed a bit slow, with a delay in getting our clothes back. I did not try the shuttle service, but the option for paid shuttle service was a good offering needing transportation. I was not offered a welcome drink upon arrival, and I did not take part in any tours/ticket assistance or happy hour events.

the hotel was really nice and clean. it's super close to SR535 and very convenient for disney and shopping. we asked for extra towels and got them quickly each time.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was professional and incredibly helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until the morning we left. The amenities were great, especially the pool area which our kids loved. The large and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay for our family. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short drive away from Downtown Disney and other attractions. We enjoyed the convenience of having an Applebee's on-site for meals. We had such a great time that we decided to extend our stay for an extra day!
A delay in receiving our room keys during check-in, and the room wasn't fully clean upon arrival. There were some small items left on the balcony floor and the room had an unpleasant smell.

Enjoyed the themed complex nearby. The shuttle was a lifesaver for exploring. The hotel's beautiful design provided plenty of fun for all ages.
I just loved the feeling of never being alone in the facilities.

holiday inn in disney area was a great value for my family! my granddaughter loved the pool and made friends. the rooms were big, clean, and had comfy beds. the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the in-room coffee. kids eat free and the attached restaurant was convenient. we also found it easy to get to the parks using Uber.

My main reason for choosing Holiday Inn was its close proximity to Disney Springs. However, the complimentary daily shuttle service to the most magical place on earth exceeded my expectations. The free high-speed Wi-Fi was also a great addition, ensuring that I felt at home during my stay.

Great location near Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studio, with shopping and eating places within walking distance. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds, including king size and queen beds. Convenient amenities such as a large closet with a safe, spacious refrigerator, and microwave for in-room meals. The hotel has a helpful staff, and there is a pool with 2 jacuzzis available. Shuttle service to the parks is offered.
